“We were passing through Townsville and called a few places around town, this one stood out the most. The staff were excellent, with a special shoutout to Matt for going above and beyond. We had an issue with one of our cards after hours, and even though he’d already finished for the day, he personally stepped in and sorted everything for us. That level of service made a real difference. Overall, everything was great — exactly what we needed. We’ll definitely be back.”
“We just got home after a two week stay in the two bedroom apartment!! Cannot recommend this place enough!! Very spacious apartment with plenty of room with a 3 year old!! From the reception to the cleaners best service ever thank you so much for making our stay easy and enjoyable .”
“Rooms are as advertised however small. No pool towels provided No options to get any fresh towels No microwave either which is annoying Holding deposit and terms and conditions not disclosed untill after booking, spent 24 hrs plus chasing details of late check in while travelling with no reception made things a bit stressful. Doors all open and close loudly so having rude disrespectful neighbours made for a sleepless night. Location is pretty good though. Overall ok value for money and very secure premises.”
